IT - QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for functional and regression testing of the exchange's core systems, such as matching engine, assets, KYC, etc.
• Develop test plans based on requirements, produce high-quality test cases, and identify potential defects and risks;
• Participate in API testing and front-end/back-end integration testing to ensure accurate data interaction;
• Maintain and develop automated test scripts, driving the adoption of automation in regression and API testing;
• Execute system performance and load testing, simulating high-concurrency trading scenarios to assess system capacity and stability;
• Collaborate with the QA Team on testing related to data security, permission/access control, and anti-abuse / anti-brute-force protections;
• Organize test documentation, produce test reports and defect-tracking reports to improve project visibility and control, and work closely with other internal teams to drive issues to closure.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of testing experience in complex financial business systems;
• Proficient in designing and executing functional testing, regression testing, and API testing;
• Familiar with common API testing tools; proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java); experienced in API test automation;
• Experienced in performance testing, familiar with tools such as JMeter and Locust;
• Understanding of basic testing processes and project management; familiar with defect-tracking tools such as JIRA;
• Strong sense of responsibility, rigorous logical thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Bonus:

• Extensive experience in performance testing, capable of independently designing load-testing plans, developing scripts, simulating high-concurrency scenarios, and conducting bottleneck analysis;
• Extensive experience in security testing, familiar with common security risks (e.g., OWASP Top 10) and testing methods for access control, anti-abuse, and anti-brute-force protections;
• Experience in testing digital currency / exchange-related businesses, familiar with the business logic and fund-safety considerations of scenarios such as matching, assets, and KYC.
