What they need
Responsibilities
- Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and business users to resolve issues.
- Perform API testing and basic database validation when required.
- Ensure applications meet business and quality requirements.
- Prepare testing reports and maintain QA documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Manual QA / Software Testing.
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Good knowledge of test case and bug-reporting processes.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, TestRail, or similar.
- Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.
- Basic API testing knowledge using Postman is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work from Sudirman, Jakarta
