The IT QA Analyst serves as a key liaison between developers, Business Analysts, and business units for testing activities, including system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and beta testing. - Execute manual and, where applicable, automated tests to validate that solutions function as intended, meet requirements, and do not introduce regression issues.
- Collaborate closely with developers to clarify requirements, understand technical designs, and identify potential risk areas early in the development lifecycle.
- Work with Business Analysts to confirm that development deliverables accurately reflect the agreed scope, acceptance criteria, and business objectives.

- Document and track defects, issues, and enhancement requests; work with developers and BAs to prioritize, retest, and verify resolution.
- Validate that fixes and changes are properly implemented and do not adversely affect related systems, processes, or integrations.
- Contribute to and maintain QA standards, templates, and best practices, including consistent documentation of test results and sign-offs for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in maintaining test environments and ensuring test data is accurate, secure, and compliant with internal and regulatory requirements.

- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to isolate issues, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly describe defects, risks, and impacts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
