IT Recruiter (3+Years)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Recruiter with 3?6 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions across various technologies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and candidate onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• 3?6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies, technical roles, and recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred).
