Role: IT Recruiter (BFSI domain)

Exp : 2-4 yrs

Work Day : Monday to Friday

Type: Permanent Role

Work Model - Work from Office (Remote please don't apply)

Location: Bangalore, Hebbal

Key responsibilities:

• Delivering on IT requirements of our clients
• Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial screening, sourcing the profiles, interviews, offers, joining formalities for IT requirements
• Use job boards, Internet sourcing, social media and other modes to source candidates for Client
• Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions and create a strong succession planning pool
• Client handling and Client Management experience is compulsory
• Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment for Contract Staffing
• Track daily recruiting activities and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates
• Meet monthly targets

Desired Skills: Job

• Proven experience in IT Recruitment - C2H role and have worked for BFSI clients
• Mandatory experience in IT Recruitment, contractual staffing & Permanent Staffing
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Hands on Experience in Naukri portal
• Self-starter, Self driven with an assertive, Can-Do, GO-GETTER attitude
• Cold Calling, Mapping, Sourcing, Screening
• Negotiation Skills
• Excellent with social media and all job portals

Qualification

Any Bachelors degree from a recognized university/college is preferred.
