IT Recruiter

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Recruiter who is eager to kick-start their career in recruitment.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for hiring top tech talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds
• Schedule and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements
• Reach out to potential clients on LinkedIn for business development and relationship building

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of IT roles (training can be provided)
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn (preferred)
• Confidence in client interaction and professional networking
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
