Recruiter (C2H Hiring)

Experience: 1.5+ Years

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer follow-up.
• Good understanding of IT hiring requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end C2H recruitment.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.
