Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves extensive candidate interaction, sourcing, screening, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make regular calls to candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sources.
• Understand candidate profiles and match them with IT job requirements.
• Screen candidates through phone calls and schedule interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate details and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve daily/weekly recruitment targets.
• Coordinate with hiring teams for interview and selection processes.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment; freshers can apply.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with frequent calling and candidate interaction.
• Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Must be comfortable working from office in Noida.
