IT Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Source and attract IT professionals for lateral hiring through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and role fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers, and technical panels.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports while ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Comfortable with 5 days work from office
