It Recruiter

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as IT Recruiters. This role is ideal for candidates who has 1-5 years of experience in IT hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates for various IT positions.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
• Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates until onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria

Education (Preferred)

• BCA (Bachelor of Computer Applications) or any equivalent degree
• B.E. / B.Tech (Any Specialization)
• MCA / M.Tech
• Any Postgraduate Degree in IT or a related field

Experience

• Candidates with 15 years of experience in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition are preferred.
• Experience working with a Consultancy, Staffing Firm, Recruitment Agency, Executive Search Firm, or Manpower Consultancy will be highly preferred.
