Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end IT recruitment
• Sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals referrals
• Resume screening and candidate evaluation
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Offer negotiation onboarding coordination
• Maintaining ATS recruitment trackers
• Building strong talent pipelines

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of IT recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn)
• Good understanding of IT technologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel recruitment tools

Preferred

• Experience in Data / Cloud / AI / SAP hiring
• Background in IT Services / Consulting / Staffing
• MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
