Roles and Responsibility

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an employment firm or recruitment services firm.
• Strong knowledge of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and overcome recruitment challenges.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is desirable.
