IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.

Job Requirements :

• 0.3-6 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field (staffing).
• Strong understanding of IT sourcing, technical hiring, niche hiring, lateral hiring, leadership hiring, volume hiring, mass hiring concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with clients at all levels.
