IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify the most suitable applicants for each role.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software for managing candidate applications.
• Excellent client coordination skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in sourcing profiles through various channels including job boards, social media platforms.
