About the role
Full-cycle recruitment for IT roles including software engineers, QA, DevOps, data engineers, and network/security specialists.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and close candidates for IT roles
- Use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and technical communities for candidate sourcing
- Coordinate technical assessments, coding challenges, and structured interviews
- Partner with marketing teams for job postings, recruitment campaigns, and campus events
- Manage salary, equity, and benefits discussions during offer negotiation
- Track time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and quality-of-hire metrics
About you
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or IT-related field
- Strong technical acumen and ability to assess IT skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
