Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter – Fresher to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and assisting in hiring suitable IT candidates for various technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the hiring process.
• Understand basic IT/technical job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Assist the HR/recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.
• Use LinkedIn and basic AI/recruitment tools for candidate sourcing.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (HR) or a relevant domain is mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and IT/technical roles.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Must have a personal laptop.
• Must have a reliable/high-speed Wi-Fi connection at home.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
