Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Permanent Staffing and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for both Permanent and C2H positions
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles
• Manage candidate lifecycle including screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and offer closure
• Ensure quick turnaround time and maintain recruitment metrics (TAT, closures, etc.)
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Strong experience in Permanent Staffing and C2H hiring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
