Office Timings - 9:30 to 6:30PM

2nd and 4th Saturday Off

Must have Own laptop & Wifi connections

Career Gap also accepted (not more than 6 months)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling the process of end-to-end IT Recruitment cycle
• To source profiles from various job portals like Naukri, monster, shine etc
• Must have experience in Niche hiring.
• Must have experience in hiring IT candidates
• Good Knowledge in Technologies
• Initial screening and profile matching with reference to educational qualification, experience, communication.
• Scheduling candidates for interviews like Telephonic, F2F, Skype, Zoom call, web Etc
• Should have work Extensively on All Job Portal
• Knowledge of CTC Structure state wise will be desirable
• Negotiating the salary as well as the notice period
• Regular Follow up the candidates till joining
• Maintaining the database and preparing daily reports.
