IT Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team goals, and cultural fit.
• Source candidates through job portals , social media, employee referrals, and networking channels.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates technical expertise, experience, and communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring panels and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts in coordination with HR and management
• Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer-to-join ratio.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and hiring best practices in the IT domain.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates to strengthen the talent pipeline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer management.
• Strong understanding of technical skills and IT job roles (e.g., software development, cloud, data analytics, DevOps, QA).
• Hands-on experience using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn etc
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
