Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end IT recruitment activities, understanding client requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring successful closures.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and a passion for building a career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze IT job requirements received from clients.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, CTC, notice period, and other requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/online screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients.
• Negotiate salary/CTC and support candidates through the offer and joining process.
• Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely submission of quality profiles to clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely closure of positions.
• Maintain proper records of interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Good knowledge of IT recruitment and technical hiring.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and job profiles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment industry
