It Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good sourcing knowledge, and the ability to identify and attract suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Support the team in achieving hiring targets.

Requirements:

• 13 years of recruitment experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
