We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our HR team and manage end-to-end hiring for technology roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across various IT skill sets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Manage candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

• Good understanding of technologies such as .NET, Java, Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, and Data Engineering

Qualification: MBA- HR

Preferred: Immediate Joiners or up to 15 days notice period.
