Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, preferably with experience in Oracle technology hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Work on Oracle technology requirements such as Oracle Fusion SCM, Finance, Technical and Middleware roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, notice period and CTC.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Handle stakeholder coordination and recruitment demands.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate trackers and ATS records.

Candidate Requirements

• 3+ years of IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.
• Oracle hiring experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.
• Must be comfortable working 5 days from office.
• Candidates should be comfortable with C2H employment.
