Required Skills

• 1-2 years of IT recruitment experience.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
• Strong sourcing and networking capabilities.
• Understanding of combination technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, SAP, Oracle, Cloud, Data Engineering, Cyber Security, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain TAT time is mandatory

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with clients and hiring managers.
• Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools.
