It Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT/HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for both technical and non-technical positions. This role requires strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills to ensure the timely hiring of quality candidates. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Track and update recruitment metrics, candidate status, and hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills:

• Experience in IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, interview techniques, and candidate management.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and recruitment tracking tools.
