Job Description

We are looking for motivated candidates to join our team as US IT Recruiters. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of recruitment experience who are interested in building a career in US IT recruitment.

The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing IT professionals for US-based requirements, screening candidates, understanding technical skills, coordinating interviews, and maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify IT candidates for US-based job requirements.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
• Understand technical skills and match candidates with suitable job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment updates.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on common IT technologies, roles, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technical skills.
• Strong interest in US IT recruitment.
• Willingness to learn technical concepts and recruitment processes.
• Ability to work night-shift timings.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• MBA or a related qualification is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
