Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Manage candidate submissions, follow-ups, and interview feedback.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements.
• Meet daily/weekly recruitment and submission targets.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT recruitment / technical recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and job requirements.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
