Role Overview

As an IT Recruiter, you will manage the endtoend recruitment cycle, focusing on sourcing, engaging, and onboarding top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for IT roles.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, headhunting, mapping, and references.
• Screen, validate, and nurture candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain strong client interaction and account management.
• Ensure timely followups and contribute to collections.
• Desired Skills & Attributes
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong aptitude and problemsolving ability.
• Positive attitude with a passion for recruitment.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year in recruitment (IT recruitment preferred).
• Education: Graduate / Postgraduate
