We are seeking a passionate and performance-driven IT Recruiter (C2H) with hands-on experience in domestic hiring and RPO environments. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality hiring

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

• Understand client requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, and networking

• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist candidates

• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers

• Manage bulk/volume hiring when required

• Ensure strong pipeline management and quick turnaround time

• Negotiate salary and close positions within defined timelines

• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of IT recruitment experience

• Strong exposure to domestic hiring (India-based roles)

• Experience working in RPO / consultancy environment

• Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed

• Good understanding of IT skills and technologies

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
