IT Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our growing team. If you have a passion for talent acquisition and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and technical job descriptions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback.
• Handle offer negotiation and the onboarding process.
• Maintain the candidate database and recruitment tracker.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and resume screening abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT recruitment is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
