Job Description Summary
The IT Recruiter will oversee end-to-end hiring operations for telecom and IT projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery of skilled resources. The role requires managing the full recruitment lifecycle, maintaining ATS discipline, and driving governance while aligning with stakeholders. The recruiter will play a critical part in meeting client SLAs and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven expertise in IT and telecom recruitment, especially for OSS/BSS, Core, RAN, NOC, cloud, DevOps, Linux, Kubernetes, and data engineering roles
• Strong understanding of staffing models, including contract, subcontract, and deployment in large enterprise accounts
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Ceipal, Greenhouse, or Workday
• Proficiency with recruitment assessment tools (e.g., BarRaiser)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and client coordination abilities
• Disciplined process orientation and governance mindset
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver within defined SLAs

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience working with Fortune 500 clients or global technology enterprises
• Familiarity with the telecom and IT consulting market trends
• Knowledge of compliance and background verification processes
• Exposure to redeployment and internal talent pool management
• Certification in talent acquisition or HR management

Key Responsibilities

• Translate detailed telecom and IT project requirements into structured ATS requisitions
• Validate job scope, budget, and candidate fit with Account Managers
• Screen internal redeployment pool prior to external sourcing
• Enable recruitment team through JD debriefs and continuous support
• Review and approve internal candidate shortlists before client submission
• Ensure accuracy in interview scheduling and feedback collection, acting as the point of contact for client rounds
• Drive ATS compliance, logging 100% milestones and maintaining accurate records
• Coordinate with HR on offer release, pre-onboarding documentation, IT/asset allocation, and induction scheduling
• Escalate potential risks and process deviations to Account Managers or Operations proactively

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
• Relevant HR or recruitment certifications (preferred)

Location & Work Mode

• Bangalore / Hybrid (combination of onsite and remote work as per project requirements)
