IT Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT and technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening and candidate interactions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
• Handle multiple IT recruitment requirements simultaneously.
• Work closely with hiring teams to understand technical requirements.
• Ensure timely closures and maintain quality of hires.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing and screening IT candidates.
• Good understanding of IT/technical job roles and requirements.
• Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Strong communication and candidate coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and hiring requirements.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
