IT Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• A leading IT company in Jaipur is hiring IT recruiters to handle end-to-end hiring for technical roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references.
• Screen profiles against job requirements and conduct initial calls.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews.
• Follow up with candidates through offer and joining.
• Maintain candidate trackers and daily reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment.
• Candidates with US IT recruitment experience who are open to domestic hiring are also welcome.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, or other job portals.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Full-time, working from the office in Jaipur.
• Office timings: 9:45 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Interview: 15-minute discussion on Google Meet.

Perks and benefits

• Salary: Rs. 20,000 to 22,000 per month
• Incentives: up to Rs. 15,000 per month based on performance
• ESI benefit applicable
