About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

* Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.

* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

* Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

* Handle multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.

Requirements

* 1+ year of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.

* Good sourcing and screening skills.

* Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.

* Knowledge of recruitment portals and hiring processes.

* Ability to manage multiple requirements effectively.
