Position: IT Recruiter
Experience: 14 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for IT/technical positions.
• Must have experience handling Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.
• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interview processes.
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, and offer closures.
• Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to fulfill requirements within timelines.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in IT recruitment and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
• Good understanding of technical skills and IT job requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with targets and meet tight hiring deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
