About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various technical and IT positions. This role is well-suited for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience who are interested in building a career in IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and technical job descriptions for various IT roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on required skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening of candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the technical/interviewing team.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate communication regarding interview schedules, feedback, and selection status.
• Assist in salary discussions and offer coordination.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, and other recruitment initiatives when required.

Skills Required

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of IT/technical roles and technologies.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
• Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
