We’re Hiring | IT Recruiters – Chennai
Location: Mylapore, Chennai
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Openings: 2 - 1 Fresher & 1 Experienced
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
* Source candidates through Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn & other portals
* Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements
* Conduct initial candidate calls and profile discussions
* Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
* Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
* Coordinate with clients/hiring teams on requirements
* Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding/joining
* Work towards timely closures of open requirements
Fresher Recruiter
* Any UG/PG degree
* Minimum 2 months recruitment internship experience
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
Experienced Recruiter
* Any UG/PG degree
* Minimum 1 year recruitment experience
* IT / Non-IT recruitment experience accepted
* Hands-on sourcing and candidate screening experience
