We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with at least 6 months of recruitment experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary, and notice period.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate tracker/database.
• Handle candidate engagement and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Negotiate salary and discuss joining timelines with selected candidates.
• Coordinate the offer, documentation, and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment/HR recruitment.
• Good knowledge of IT recruitment and technical hiring is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
