It Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
• Source qualified candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Recruit for roles such as Software Developers, Full Stack Developers, Frontend Developers, Backend Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Cloud Engineers, and other technical positions.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate closely with technical managers and hiring teams.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule technical interviews and coordinate with interview panels.
• Manage candidate communication, interview feedback, and follow-ups.
• Handle salary discussions, offer coordination, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
• Improve candidate engagement and minimize interview no-shows and offer dropouts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA in HR / Human Resources Management or a related specialization.
• Experience working in an IT company, software organization, or IT staffing environment.
• Experience hiring across multiple technical skill sets.
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
