Job Description

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment and recruitment operations. The

candidate should be good at sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, notice period, and salary.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain interview schedules.
• Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback.
• Maintain candidate trackers, databases, and recruitment reports.
• Manage recruitment operations such as profile submissions, interview status, offer follow-ups, and

joining coordination.

• Maintain proper recruitment documentation and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Handle multiple requirements and ensure timely closure.

Required Skills

• 1-2+ years of IT Recruitment experience.
• Experience in Recruitment Operations / IT Staffing.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri/Resdex and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
