Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Company: Aerial Telecom Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Job Location: Gurgaon / Noida / Mohali

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for contract-based technical roles.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
• Conduct initial HR screenings and evaluate candidates' technical understanding and communication skills.
• Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for ongoing requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (Computer Graduate preferred).
• Basic understanding of IT/technology roles and terminology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Experience

• 1 to 4 years of experience in recruitment.
• Prior experience in contract hiring in India is preferred.
