Role Overview-

UXDLAB Software is looking for a proactive and result-oriented **IT Recruiter** with 1–2 years of relevant recruitment experience. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for multiple technical and non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities-

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple technical and non-technical profiles.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, and other recruitment platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Ensure timely closures of open positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant IT recruitment experience.

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.

• Candidates residing in or near Noida Sector 62 will be preferred.

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
