As an IT Recruitment Specialist at EnFuse Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing,screening, and selecting exceptional candidates to meet our clients IT staffing needs
Youwill leverage your expertise in the IT industry to identify top talent, build strong candidatepipelines, and facilitate seamless recruitment processes
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and developrecruitment strategies
Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, socialmedia, and networking events
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate candidate feedback sessions
Negotiate offers and onboard new hires effectively Experienced in hiring for Aem, adobe technologies - adobe campaign, aem architect,aem developer and ui developer/lead/ reactjs developer, project manager
Qualifications: Bachelors degree / Post Graduate
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on technicalrecruitment
Team Handling Strong knowledge of IT technologies, trends, and terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
