IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify potential candidates and schedule interviews.
• Analyze candidate feedback from interviews to improve the quality of hires.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of C2C (Corporate-to-Corporate) and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) models.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate effectively with clients.
