Vardaam Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a growing technology company delivering web solutions using WordPress, Laravel, React, and modern frameworks for global clients. We are looking for a proactive IT Recruiter to manage hiring activities and help us build a strong team.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and source candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
• Post job openings on Company’s Website, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial calls, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, maintain recruitment records, Support employee joining formalities and documentation as required.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with routine office administration and day-to-day coordination when recruitment workload is low.

Requirements

• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills with effective follow-up and multitasking abilities.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and technical recruitment.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is an advantage.
