IT Recruiter

Role Overview

• The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment trackers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for technical roles and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer closure.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal database, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback closure.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to understand role requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and hiring status reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Work on roles related to Cloud, DevOps, SRE, AWS, Azure, GCP, Full Stack, Backend, Frontend, System Admin, and other IT positions.

Required Skills

• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of technical hiring and IT skill sets.
• Experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other platforms. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and work within hiring timelines.
• Good coordination skills with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of recruitment trackers, ATS, and HR tools will be preferred.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for cloud, DevOps, AWS, Azure, GCP, SRE, infrastructure, or software development roles.
• Prior experience in a startup or IT services company.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit or similar ATS tools.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 per year
