Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Recruit for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, React, Angular, Full Stack Development, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Testing, SAP, Azure, and AWS.
• Coordinate technical interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview scheduling, feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Work on permanent, contract-to-hire (C2H), and contractual hiring requirements.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates within the required timelines.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment or IT staffing.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, or other job portals.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate follow-up.
• Knowledge of permanent hiring and C2H recruitment is an advantage.

Education

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR or a relevant qualification is preferred.
