IT Recruiter- Contract Staffing

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
• Strong understanding of contract staffing, domestic staffing, IT recruitment, IT staffing, technical recruitment, and talent acquisition concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients and candidates.
