IT Recruiter - Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes based on skills, experience, location, notice period, and CTC.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and support the hiring process until joining.
• Work on IT profiles such as Java, .NET, MERN, QA, DevOps, Python, etc.

Requirements

• Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn IT technologies and recruitment processes.
