Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for Contract-to-Hire (C2H) roles.
• Understand client requirements and job specifications with clarity and precision.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networking.
• Conduct telephonic interviews to assess both technical and soft skills.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up on interview feedback and manage offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future C2H openings.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and trackers.
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring processes and timelines.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, especially for C2H roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in maintaining recruitment trackers and reports.
